Flex Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our retail merchandising team as a Flex Merchandising Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting various retail locations within a 25-mile radius of your home to perform a range of tasks, including auditing products, counting inventory, setting new fixtures and displays, and stocking products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently to visit retail locations and perform merchandising tasks
• Audit products and count inventory to ensure accuracy
• Set new fixtures and displays to enhance store appearance
• Stock products and place shelf labels to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Perform other tasks as required to support the merchandising team

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone for reporting and photo capture
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability for training and support on weekdays
