Position Overview

As a vital member of our team at StepStone Hospitality, you will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of guest accommodations, ensuring they adhere to our high standards of quality and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change and refresh bed linens, prepare beds, and restock towels and toiletries.
  • Thoroughly vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas within guest rooms and shared spaces.
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns or damages to the management team.
  • Ensure housekeeping carts are stocked with essential supplies.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including the proper handling of equipment and cleaning agents.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, promptly addressing any inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test (THC not included).
