Applied Medical is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and painting.
  • Operate power tools and construction site equipment, including ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize facility usage.

**Requirements**

  • More than two years of experience at the journeyman level in the following trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Drywall, and Paint.
  • Current valid California driver's license.
  • Read, write, and speak English.
  • Foundational construction knowledge.
