Position Summary:

As a premier provider of window treatments in Georgia and throughout the United States, Budget Blinds is expanding its operations in Gwinnett County. We are looking for a new Installer to contribute to our dynamic team. Whether you are a seasoned expert or new to the field, if you possess technical abilities and a collaborative mindset, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Encourage teamwork among Designers, Installers, and administrative personnel
  • Install a variety of window treatments
  • Perform repairs on window treatments
  • Process payments from customers
  • Maintain precise installation documentation
  • Ensure cleanliness of customer spaces after installations
  • Organize orders and materials for window coverings
  • Utilize basic software applications
  • Participate in basic canvassing efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in craftsmanship
  • Experience with in-home installations
  • Self-driven and team-oriented
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to lift and use ladders
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation Package:

Compensation will be determined based on the role and level of expertise.

  • Starting hourly wage from $18 to $20, with potential performance bonuses
