About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope.
  • Lead and direct installation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, ensuring timely arrival and participation of installation team members.
  • Delegate tasks and accountabilities, instruct, supervise, lead, and direct installation team members.
  • Communicate with employees on various employee-related matters, ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies.
  • Promote and execute the company's safety program, encouraging a culture of safety among installation team members.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience within the construction industry.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a Construction Foreman.
  • Valid Driver's License or equivalent required.
Working Conditions

This position involves work at a construction site, with duties performed both indoors and outdoors. Overtime, after-hours, or nightwork may be required to meet project deadlines.
