Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of retail store remodels and merchandising projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of reset/remodel specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our services meet their expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Possess expertise in reading and interpreting retailer-specific Plan-O-Grams, blueprints, and floor plans, as well as experience with retail fixture installations and merchandising.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates, evaluations, and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Travel Requirements: Must be available to travel away from home with overnight stays, with the possibility of being on the road for extended periods.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Smartsheets, with a solid understanding of basic hand tools and safety practices.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking for extended periods, as well as lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of maintaining a consistent work record and adhering to company policies.
Compensation

Starting at $18/hour, with negotiated hourly pay based on skills and years of experience. Bonuses based on team performance and attendance.
