The primary purpose of this position is to perform maintenance and repairs of small construction tooling, including but not limited to, jumping jacks, chop saws, chain saws, generators, walk-behind saws, and jack hammers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance of small tools, troubleshoot performance issues, and complete repairs in a timely manner.
  • Tool Inventory Management: Examine stock to verify conformance to specifications, count, sort, and order parts through vendors and customers.
  • Transportation: Transport materials within the facility and to/from project sites.
  • Communication: Maintain personal interaction with vendors and employees, and report major tooling issues and/or problems to management.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of small construction tooling and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
