Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and generated data to improve techniques that drive innovative and quality results and forecasting.
  • Proactively develop recommendations for FedEx/customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects.
  • Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master Export Specialist (MES) - Customs Broker License - Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management or related.
  • Coordination of air and ocean shipments - including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking - Customs import controls and clearance experience - Certified Export Specialist (CES) - Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
Pay Transparency

The pay range for this role is $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations.
