About BSM Consulting:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with creating ad hoc analyses focused on business productivity and efficiency is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Skills:
- Excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively with external clients.
- Proficient in clarifying and simplifying financial results for individuals with varying levels of financial understanding.
- Strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles, particularly regarding profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and complete financial benchmarking reports.
- Input, assess, and analyze profit and loss statements and other financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to various clients and team members on financial analysis.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the financial benchmarking process, including data intake and entry into Excel.
- Offer additional financial analysis support to consultants.
- Create, format, edit, and maintain documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this role is $70,000, commensurate with skills and experience. BSM Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
