Position Overview:
Our comprehensive training program will enable you to independently manage sales within 3-4 weeks, with continuous training throughout your initial 90 days.
Engage with customers enthusiastically about our arch supports and related products through a personalized, consultative sales approach.
Handle financial transactions, including various financing options.Follow-up: Sales is an ongoing relationship. We prioritize follow-up to coach and support our customers.
Take ownership of your sales performance metrics and goals (KPIs). As a collaborative team member, you are open to feedback and eager to develop your skills.
We are always on the lookout for future leaders within our organization.Compensation and Benefits:Hourly pay for the first 90 days. After this period, you will transition to an hourly + commission + bonus structure. Retail Sales Associates typically earn between $40,000 and $65,000. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Accidental, and Disability Insurance to full-time employees after 90 days, along with Paid Time Off and complimentary Saturday lunches. We also partner with Fringe for employee recognition. Enjoy fantastic retail hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday; we are closed on Sundays.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and kneeling. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and ascend or descend ladders.
We prioritize the safety of our customers and employees, adhering to all Federal, State, local, and CDC guidelines.
