Job Title: Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at NHOMS PLLC. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our oral surgeons and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist oral surgeons chairside during a variety of dental surgical procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments to ensure optimal hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Capture high-quality radiographic images and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Provide patients with comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient charting for effective record-keeping and continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a High School Diploma and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrated motivation to learn with a genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to direct patient care.
  • Previous experience in dental or oral surgery is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support clinic operations.
  • Strong follow-through, effective communication, and reliability are paramount for success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • NH MedTech (for NH Assistants only).
  • CPR certification.
  • Radiology certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • DAANCE certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour.
  • Sign-on Bonus up to $500.00.
