About the Role

Job Summary:

The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for coordinating treatment and implementing outreach services for assigned clients as a member of the Autism Services Program at Clarvida, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Provide training and support to clients and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in applied behavior analysis and autism treatment.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or state-issued license to practice Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
