Position Overview: Pediatric Hospitalist at AdventHealth Central Florida
AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are in search of a passionate and motivated pediatric hospitalist to become part of their dedicated team at AdventHealth Central Florida.
- Conduct pediatric admissions and discharges on the Pediatric Floor
- Facilitate emergency department pediatric consultations and patient transfers as necessary
- Engage in daily, family-oriented rounds
- Manage newborn admissions and discharges
- Oversee patient stabilization and resuscitation efforts
- Work approximately 15 shifts monthly, incorporating both in-hospital and on-call duties
Qualifications: Board Certification/Eligibility from the American Board of Pediatrics
Become part of a collaborative group of over 30 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers delivering care across multiple locations within the network. Experience working in a premier Children's Hospital in Florida featuring a Level 4 NICU and access to a variety of pediatric subspecialties.
