About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team at Parkhill. As an Engineer-in-Training, you will play a key role in the development of our projects, from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with city staff and agencies to ensure seamless project coordination and data collection.
  • Design and Calculations: Support basic design and calculations for site grading, drainage analysis, water and sanitary sewer utilities, and paving improvements.
  • Construction Planning: Assist in the development of construction plans, specifications, and Opinions of Probable Costs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop design specifications and timelines.
  • Field Observation: Perform field observation work as needed, under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Professional Certification: EIT obtained.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in Civil 3D.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent client and team communication skills.
