Business Operations Assistant

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice.
About the RoleThis role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and performing a variety of tasks. This includes answering phone calls, organizing appointments, writing and distributing emails, and maintaining filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Write and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
