Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement production layouts to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions and process procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process improvement and lean manufacturing.
  • Proven experience with Windchill Software and Microsoft Suite.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and experience with technical writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
