Visionworks is a leading provider of eye care services, and we're looking for charismatic individuals to join our team as Optical Sales Specialists. Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide personalized service to our patients.

As an Optical Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. You will be trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services, and managed vision care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
  • Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
  • Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
  • Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals

Compensation range for the roles is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Pay Class:

Part Time Pay:
$16- $18.25 per hour

Full Time Pay:
$21.18 per hour
