  • Analyze bid documents, proposal specifications, and drawings to determine the full scope of work required for each estimate.
  • Attend and actively participate in pre-bid meetings to gather essential project details, clarify scope, and address potential challenges.
  • Perform detailed takeoffs of the scope of work to prepare discipline-specific estimates that are comprehensive and competitive.
  • Evaluate design options and recommend the best solutions based on cost-efficiency, engineering quality, and material availability to optimize project outcomes.

**Qualifications**

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC estimation within the commercial mechanical construction sector.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Familiarity with the construction market, including local codes, regulations, and supply chains.
  • Demonstrated stable work history, showcasing a commitment to the industry.
