A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative at Summers, you will handle a variety of tasks, from addressing customer complaints to managing inquiries. Every customer interaction is an opportunity for you to deliver exceptional service. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively explain our HVAC and plumbing offerings to both new and existing clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring we uphold our commitment to a world-class experience.
