Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of manufacturing processes on blending, encapsulation, and packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead startup and production operations to ensure efficient and proper functioning of equipment
  • Monitor product fill levels and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality standards
  • Inspect and monitor product quality, including pouch fill heights, lot codes, labels, and pouch quality
  • Clean production area and surface as required
  • Package product into containers according to customer specifications
  • Follow cGMP guidelines and processes established in department SOPs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum year of experience in a manufacturing production line facility
  • Minimum High School Education or equivalent; technical school training and education required
  • Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow GMP and SOP guidelines
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits
