Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional High-End Kitchen and Closet Design Specialist to join our team at Reform. As a key player in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of kitchen design.

Salary: $60,000 + commission per year

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and creating bespoke kitchen and closet designs that meet their expectations.
  • Client Outreach: Proactively identify potential clients, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Consultations and Design Proposals: Provide consultations, present design proposals, and make adjustments based on client feedback to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress from initial contact through to project completion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless transitions from design to execution.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales process, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to offer clients the best solutions and keep designs fresh and relevant.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the design, construction, or home improvement industry, with experience in high-ticket sales and working with trade and individual clients.
  • Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of kitchen and closet design principles, materials, and finishes, with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 2020.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and close deals.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals, while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to listen to clients' needs and offer creative solutions that balance design with functionality and budget.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable using CRM software to track leads and sales, and proficient in design tools and Microsoft Office.
