Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychotherapy services to adult patients in an outpatient or in-patient setting, utilizing evidence-based treatments and interventions.
  • Offer clinical supervision to psychotherapy trainees, guiding them in their professional development and cultivating the next generation of mental health professionals.
  • Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to ensure comprehensive care for patients with mental health disorders, including medication management and treatment planning.
  • Participate in Department quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of effective solutions.
  • Engage in Department and Entity initiatives focused on patient and employee safety, demonstrating a commitment to creating a safe and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Psychologist (Required) Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology
  • Ph.D. (Required) in Clinical Psychology or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of post-graduate experience in providing psychotherapy
