Job Title: Steward/Dishwasher

Join the HEI Hotels & Resorts team as a Steward/Dishwasher and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities:
  • Sort and wash dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate dish machine and ensure it is properly cleaned and filled with water.
  • Polish and tarnish silverware to maintain its appearance.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of service ware and ability to maintain it to complement the guest experience.
  • Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds.
  • Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
