Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward/Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our culinary and stewarding team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities- Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware to ensure proper cleaning and storage.
- Wash and replace all ware in designated storage areas.
- Operate the dish machine and burnishing machine to maintain hotel standards.
- De-tarnish and polish silverware to ensure proper appearance.
- Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans to facilitate cooks' work.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of service ware and maintenance procedures to enhance guest experience.
- Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to adapt to different audiences.
