Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and commissioning of progressive cavity pumps, macerators, and accessories.
- Provide proactive customer support, including plant assessments and analysis of improvement possibilities on site.
- Conduct damage reports and participate in the processing of complaints.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal and external customers.
- Process service transactions in SAP R/3 and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Completed technical apprenticeship or similar qualification.
- Strong customer-oriented demeanor and service mentality.
