Our client is in search of a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with 1-5 years of experience to facilitate the transition of innovative designs into production. This role requires a hands-on approach and is based in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product designs into effective manufacturing processes.
  • Define and establish the production workflow for electronic products.
  • Design and create necessary tooling, jigs, and fixtures for efficient product assembly.
  • Develop comprehensive processes, work instructions, and assembly aids.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred; equivalent practical experience and vocational training will also be considered.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience, including internships.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Essential Skills:

  • Familiarity with electronics manufacturing tools, including soldering and assembly equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting, capable of performing tasks such as wire cutting and soldering.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks for designing and creating production aids and tooling.

Preferred Skills:

  • Direct experience in electronics assembly.
  • Knowledge of cabling and testing procedures.
  • Experience with software/hardware integration and testing.
  • Basic PCB design skills to assist in various business areas as needed.
