Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Lodge location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and provide support.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
  • Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty programs and private label credit card enrollment.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items repetitively.
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
