Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and recommendations to our customers.

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, answering questions about products and services, and recommending complementary Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while driving sales.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, including ingredients and benefits, to provide expert recommendations to guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
