The Human Resource Division (HRD) offers comprehensive human resource services to supervisors, managers, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
This role contributes to our mission by acting as a professional human resource consultant, providing expertise to agency personnel, supervisors, and managers in various functions including classification, compensation, recruitment, selection, training, and organizational development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering professional consultation, guidance, and support to agency staff regarding human resource regulations, policies, and procedures related to recruitment and hiring.
- Offering expert advice and interpretation concerning human resource rules in areas such as classification, compensation, performance management, layoffs, and organizational development.
- Compiling data for reports and responding to information requests.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of comprehensive professional human resource experience in classification, compensation, recruitment, selection, training, organizational development, or labor relations.
