Market Access Contracting and Rebating Lead

As a key member of our Commercial Market Access Pricing Organization, you'll play a vital role in executing and managing commercial agreements with U.S. Private Payers for our branded product portfolio. With a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness, you'll provide operational support for select regional accounts, ensuring compliance with pricing governance and managing contracting requests. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing and validating rebate payments, evaluating contract compliance, and reviewing performance against contractual objectives. Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with pricing governance and procedures.
- Manage contracting requests, including scheduling checkpoint calls and preparing offer decks.
- Analyze and validate rebate payments.
- Evaluate contract compliance and review performance against contractual objectives.
- Understand software application systems for accurate and efficient rebate processing.
- Provide support for financial cycles and data reconciliations.
- Continuous review of rebates paid to ensure compliance with OEC and government pricing calculation requirements.
- Continuous interactions with legal, third-party rebate processor, Government Pricing, Market Access Marketing, and National/Regional Market Access Sales Management and Account Executives.
- Special projects as needed, including acquisition integration and system upgrade implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.
- Planning and forecasting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Model N, Relay, QlikView preferred.
