Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregiving Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

The In-Home Caregiving Specialist will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve caregiving skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Certification as a CNA, NA, or PCA (exception Companion Aide only to Private Pay)At least 18 years of ageDocumentation of positive work history as evidenced by at least two work references on fileValid Driver's LicenseNo more than 2 company or state barrier crimes (criminal history check results must meet state and company standards)
