**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Provide direct support to clients in their homes or communities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate progress and insights to supervisors and colleagues
