Job Summary:
The Night Auditor is a critical role within our hotel operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing and compiling management reports, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Review and compile management reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management to address concerns and issues
- Perform guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation, and reservations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Guest Service Experience preferred
- Computer knowledge/skills required
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
