Night Auditor

At Residence Inn Exton, we are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions, as well as reconciling all hotel cashier transactions.

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Review, organize, and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and perform guest service agent duties as required.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute necessary daily reports as required.
• Audit and reconcile all Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashiers work.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
