Responsibilities:
• Administer skilled nursing care to patients according to their physical and emotional needs in accordance with the medical plan of care.
• Document care provided in the electronic medical record during patient encounters and follow up within 24 hours.
• Participate in the patient/family educational process and ensure patient safety.
• Perform nursing procedures as directed by the Nursing Supervisor, DON, or other providers.
• Administer medications per provider orders and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
• Current South Carolina license
• Ability to work Monday thru Friday - 40 hours per week (will float between sites and work where needed)
