Position Overview

PARS Therapy is in search of a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to enhance our service offerings. This role presents a distinctive chance to develop a group of professionals committed to delivering interdisciplinary and patient-focused healthcare.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging activities and exercises for speech therapy sessions.
  • Offer guidance and consultations to new patients and their families.
  • Establish measurable goals and objectives for patient progress while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all speech therapy equipment is properly prepared, sterilized, and safe for use.
  • Review patient files thoroughly before appointments to understand the specific challenges to be addressed.
  • Participate in ongoing education to enhance personal expertise and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications for the Role:
  • Possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Therapy and a valid license in Texas.
  • Familiarity with documentation and reporting software commonly utilized in the field.
  • A Master's degree in Speech Therapy is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding and compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
  • Experience managing sensitive patient records and information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot standard software and hardware issues related to speech therapy tools.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties primarily in a standing position.
  • A professional and approachable demeanor when discussing procedures and treatments with patients.
  • Attention to detail and accountability in managing and documenting patient information.
