Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives to drive talent density and retention
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create a qualified pipeline of high-potential candidates
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve hiring practices and outcomes
  • Partner with leadership to understand the profile of successful team members and align recruiting strategies accordingly
  • Develop and present talent density recruiting strategies to executive leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters to ensure resources are focused on maximizing outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 7+ years' experience designing, delivering, and improving recruiting and retention programs
  • 4+ years supporting and leading managers to become excellent hiring decision-makers
  • 3+ years' experience in complex multi-site organizations, preferably international
  • Experience developing metrics and measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of recruiting programs
  • Expertise in healthcare recruiting
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, listening, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Effective leadership and management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and deadlines in a high-volume environment
