Job Overview

SureStaff LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join their team in Midlothian, TX. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products consistently meet quality standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret job routing sheets, artwork, and formulas to determine quality and reliability standards
  • Provide inspection activities for incoming raw and packaging materials, recording test data and applying statistical quality control procedures
  • Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards
  • Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within equipment capability limits
  • Set up and perform destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years' experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role
  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with quality systems and controls
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $19.25 per hour, with competitive compensation and benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), generous referral bonuses, and available shifts including 1st Shift (7 am - 3:30 pm) with overtime available on a first-come, first-served basis.
