Job Title: Home Health RN Travel Nurse

PRIDE Health is seeking a skilled Home Health RN Travel Nurse to join our team in Spokane, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health RN to provide high-quality patient care in a home setting. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health nursing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
