Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Home Health

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Home Health professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse RN Home Health to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a Travel Nurse RN Home Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Document patient progress, including any changes in condition or treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Washington state.
  • At least 2 years of experience in skilled home health nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred experience with Oasis, a home health care management system.
