About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Diehl Toyota of Hermitage. As a key member of our sales and service department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing repair orders efficiently, and collaborating closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably with 2 years of experience in this field, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency, including typing and Microsoft Excel, is also essential for success in this role.
