Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CPIhealth physicians to assess symptoms and develop treatment strategies aimed at alleviating pain and restoring functionality.
  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including patient histories and physical examinations, as part of a cohesive healthcare team.
  • Ensure that clinical and surgical procedures are performed safely and in compliance with established standards.
  • Evaluation: Gather detailed patient histories, perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, identify issues, formulate management plans, and document findings.
  • Monitoring: Implement patient management strategies, maintain progress notes, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Patient Education: Provide guidance and education to patients regarding healthcare management, including adherence to treatment plans, interventional procedures, and additional services such as physical therapy.
  • Conduct initial assessments for new patients, accurately documenting health histories, vital signs, preliminary diagnoses, and plans of care.
  • Follow up with existing patients to discuss progress from various perspectives, including psychological and interventional.
  • Perform consultations for CPIhealth patients as requested by physicians.
  • Facilitate appropriate referrals to specialists, therapists, and imaging services.
  • Adhere to safe clinical practices and address non-compliance issues professionally and promptly.
  • Document patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Engage with physicians regarding assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with patient care by coordinating with support staff regarding treatment plans.
  • Maintain communication with referring and primary care physicians and participate in outreach activities.
  • Attend regular company and peer meetings.
  • Provide coverage and support to other facilities as needed.
  • Maintain professional credentials and take an active role in peer education.
  • Facilitate training and motivation among staff and peers.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the mission and values of CPIhealth.
Qualifications
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and families.
  • Demonstrated emotional stability and sound decision-making skills in emergency situations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results consistently.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and Practice Management Software.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing education and clinical experience.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse Licensure or Physician Assistant National Certification.
  • Valid ARNP Licensure or PA License.
  • Valid and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • BLS certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
  • ACLS certification or ability to obtain within the first year of hire.
Compensation

Salary: Starting at $105K, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm; Friday, 8 am to 12 pm - No nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
