Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to our cardiac rhythm management products.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide support to customers and partners to ensure successful product implementation.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales or service in a cardiac device company.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of cardiac rhythm management products and technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in a clinical or sales role, with a strong understanding of the cardiac rhythm management market and industry trends.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
