**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center. As an extension of the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for directing and assessing the quality of care provided to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Direct and assess the quality of care being provided to residents
* Assess residents' needs and goals
* Conduct clinical rounds to ensure high-quality care
* Honor the rights and dignity of residents
* Assist in developing comprehensive plans of care
* Oversee and direct care tasks of the unit
* Monitor and implement quality improvement processes
**Requirements:**
* Active RN or LPN license in New Hampshire
* Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team
