CRNA Supervisor

Overview

Novant Health is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Supervisor to lead our Anesthesia unit at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

• Responsibilities:
• Provide general supervision and evaluation of anesthesia staff, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain clinical and professional competency, adhering to departmental protocols and procedures.
• Facilitate day-to-day schedule management, complete daily patient care assignments, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Represent CRNAs to leadership and facilitate communication between departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master's of Science in Nursing required.
• Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
• Certified RN Anesthetist required.
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience required.
