Job Overview

Urgent Care for Kids is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage patients and communicate with providers to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient information and summaries in our electronic medical records system
  • Assist providers with procedures, patient care, and administrative tasks
  • Provide patient education and answer questions
  • Perform front office duties, including insurance verification and patient registration

Requirements:

  • Passion for pediatric care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences
  • Experience working in a pediatric office, hospital, or urgent care setting
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) certification
  • LVN - TX License
  • BLS certification
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and basic clinical procedures
