Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, recommending loan solutions, and managing customer portfolios.

Responsibilities
  • Lending and Sales: Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and is responsible for sales calls.
  • Loan Origination: Develops and prepares loan solutions, refers products and services, reviews documentation to ensure compliance, and manages customer pipelines for efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions and collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Expected Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Risk Management: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Requirements

This role requires a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
