Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
  • Coordinate patient care with other departments and services to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient health.

Requirements:
  • Valid RN license in Washington.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification is preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care assignments in a fast-paced environment.
