We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team.


This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a medical-surgical unit.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to the care team.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and discharge plans.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
  • Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and other best practices.

Qualifications:



  • Current RN license in WA or ability to obtain licensure.
  • BLS and PALS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred).
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
