Job Title: Swiss Machinist

Arcmed, a leading fluidics design and instrument manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Swiss Machinist to join our team. As a Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain Swiss CNC machines, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with Swiss machines.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, G-code, and machining principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
